LOW-ENERGY HOUSE
One
of the principal advantages of this type of house is it´s
energy-saving characteristics. Exterior wall panels are pre manufactured
in a controlled environment using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation
panels sandwiched between I-beam studs instead of conventional
wood frame and glass fiber batt construction.
Our unique design produces a structurally superior home that stays
warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and cuts energy costs
by up to half. In that way there is nearly 50% of energy costs
reduction in heating as well as in air-conditioning.
RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY
The stability
of wood-frame construction is widely tested in the infinite number
of climatic conditions in North America and Japon. The wood-frame
house is a stable and solid residence because of a more flexible
wood structure which is able to support a vertical load as well
as a lateral load of wind and a seismic load.
REFRACTORINESS
Refractoriness
of a wood-frame house isn´t less than refractoriness of
a traditional construction. If it wasn´t true the wood-frame
technology wouldn´t be so commonly used in developing countries.
No doubt that wood is a good fire conductor but before the fire
is able to reach a wood structure has to pass through outside
surfaces such as Pladur panels, siding or fire-brick. Furthermore
OSB panels (Oriented Strand Board ) with the help of special treatments
attain a high level of refractoriness.
SWIFTNESS
As a result of the
fact that the mounting of a wood-frame house is realized using
only dehumidified prepared components meteorological conditions
don´t determine the term of fulfilment. That´s why
the wood-frame technology has no time of waiting for drying of
stucco, cement etc. As a rule a 100 m² is put into operation
during 4-5 months.
